Arraignment for Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. today. She was indicted last month on 12 counts, including stealing gift cards from needy families, failing to disclose gifts from developers on her ethics forms and misuse of office. She has said she is innocent of all the charges.. HAHAHAHA
