Billups>Iverson?

A few months ago the Denver Nuggets traded Allen Iverson to the Detroit Pistons for Chauncey Billups. On the surface, many would say that giving A.I. was a bad move eventhough the Nuggets werent winning many games and the Pistons were running in mud. But the months since the trade have shown differently. Billups has lead the Nuggets to the #2 seed in the West and had an astounding Game 1 in the playoffs against the Hornets where he had 36 pts with 24pts coming off of 8 3-pointers going against Chris Paul at that. On the other hand, "The Answer" has been benched, cried back problems so he didnt have to play and has even been banned from gambling spots in the Detroit area. A.I. is unquestionable one of the greatest players to play in the NBA but are we seeing his demise right in front of our eyes. I hope not.

Boy I tell you...with one week to go, the bama of the year competition is heating up! NBA player Kenyon Martin has gone and got a tattoo of some lips put on his neck to honor his girlfriend Trina...yes that Trina. Trina has been linked from everyone from Trick Daddy, Lil Wayne, Baby, Julio down at the fishmarket and Ray-Ray at the post office...you name it, she's done em. (except me of course...damnit) So it looks like the Bama of the year award is down to Plaxico, Pacman, Kenyon, the Gov. of Illinois, Sarah Palin, DMX and a few others. Let DLR know who else we're missing.

Melo Fills It Up

Carmelo Anthony dropped 33 in one quarter last night! It was against the Minnesota Timberwolves but impressive nonetheless. He finished with 45 and it ties the NBA record for most points in a quarter. His girl Lala must be giving him that good good at home. (thanks Carmelo for giving DLR an excuse to post your girl...when's the wedding...if you not going to do the damn thing throw her azz back into the mix...selfish bastard)

In related news, go over to Necole Bitchie to see them in their home with child. Thats a bad azz house.

P.S. Jerome Williams...you need to try any and everything in your power to have that poster removed from the face of this earth...wtf were you grabbing at...i guess you was trying to keep the taste of salty balls out of your mouth...damn homey!

Why Can't The Wiz Make Trades Like This?

Marcus Camby was traded to the L.A. Clippers for like a bucket of chicken, a stack of waffles and a dime bag. What do the Wizards need more than anything? A shot blocking center that can rebound...I'm sure old Abe had some sweet cheeba he could of added to make the Nuggets a better deal...WTF?!
