HBO has struck a deal with the creators of Cocaine Cowboys, the award-winning documentary that examines the drug trafficking trade, to be recreated as a drama series. The series will chronicle stories featured in the film by closely examining the uprisings of Miami, Florida's cocaine trafficking. Based on HBO's history of making shows, this should be a winner.

The Real Queen Bee
Did you know one of the biggest and most ruthless drug dealers in US history was a woman? If you've seen Cocaine Cowboys (excellent documentary) then you've heard about The Godmother. If not, check out this article in Maxim about her and go cop that Cocaine Cowboys I & II. Its like a lesson in American History. Still amazed at how crazy Miami was in the late 70's to early 80's.
