MTV's "The Real World" Coming to the DMV

An open job posting for a production accountant in D.C. is creating buzz that MTV Networks could soon be filming 20-somethings stumbling around Adams Morgan for its next installation of “The Real World.”

“A major reality television production company” says it is looking to fill the job, according to an ad it posted on entertainmentcareers.net March 31. The Hollywood-esque D.C.-based job -- sandwiched between Culver City, Calif. and Miami postings -- begins April 15 and lasts for 22 to 26 weeks, says the description.

According to the New York Post, the ad was placed by Bunim/Murray Productions, the creators of the hit reality series that just wrapped up airing its 21st season set in Brooklyn.
The show makes stops in different cities around the world to follow a group of diverse co-eds living under the same roof for a few months.

The production company name is no longer listed on the job search site and is identified as confidential.

An already-filmed reality show in D.C. called Blonde Charity Mafia, starring three socialites fluttering around the city, is set to air this summer on the CW after being dropped by Lifetime.

Westbrook Doesn't Like Being Called Gay

Michael Westbrook was on MTV's Bully Beatdown the other night. Westbrook is a Tae Kwon Do black belt and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brown belt. If you remember back in the 90's when Westbrook beat up his fellow teammate Stephen Davis for calling him gay then by the looks of this fight the bully must of called him gay too. 50 Cent vs Lil Wayne

50 Cent has thrown warning shots at Lil Wayne and Kanye West in his new song "Play This on The Radio.(song below) In a radio interview on Saturday night, 50 said..."I'm on your heels, Mr. Carter. I heard you. You want me to 'die ugly?' OK. Don't end up on the list, n---a. Be a missing person like Cam'ron, like Ja [Rule], like [Fat] Joe. Who wants some?" 50 told Whoo Kid that a response to "Play This on the Radio" would be a foolhardy effort on Weezy's behalf.
"If he says something back, I'm gonna drop the bomb on his a--," 50 warned. "It's gonna be hard for me to get off him. "He's a talented artist," Fif continued, "but if you put him in a space when we're in direct competition, my consistency will break his neck."
