Ken Griffey Jr., one of the grestest baseball players of the modern era has returned to where his career started. Griffey late last week agreed to terms on a one year contract to return to the Seattle Mariners, for whom he played from 1989-1999. The 39 year old Griffey spent the past 9 years playing for the Cincinnati Reds, where he fought injuries and played for subpar teams. Click here to read a story at Yahoo Sports about his signing.
