The House rejects the $700B bailout and the stocks continue to tumble. About 130 Republicans and 90 Democrats voted against a bill that would of given the federal govt too much power over the $700B. I guess they could see that Bush just wants to use the money to bail out his rich azz friends. Republicans Finally Grow Some Balls (no homo)
