It seems Lil Wayne is back at it again, From Superhead, to his baby mama Toya, back to ex Nivea. Since Nivea and the whack ass Dream is no more, the pair seems to be continuing there past romance, as they were pictured at Noir Night club at Nivea 26 birthday party.
