A London police chief is in trouble for dressing up as Osama Bin Laden at a carnival days before the 7th anniversary of 911. As you can see by the picture above the bama dressed up in robe, mask and Arab scarf. Of course he has been suspended and is in trouble of losing his job. WTF?
