Yes, you probably didn't realize or even think about it, but there was NO IHOP in DC prior to last month! The first of 3 going up in DC was put in SE on Alabama Ave, owned and operated by a trio of brothas!!!Now if WE can just buy out all the d@mn carry-outs and liquor stores!!!!!!
