Well maybe Ne-Yo was right when he announced that Chris Brown & Rihanna was together because as of today Rihanna's publicist has told DLR that she is going to be a new MOMMY!!! Well let us be the first to say congrats and Chris Brown is one lucky SOB... LOL..
