Its been some great college football action over the last 4 weeks and this past weekend was no different. #1 Texas went down to #7 Texas Tech in a hell of a game that Tech won with 1 second left to play. So Alabama takes #1 and Tech jumps over Penn State for #2 much to the dismay of the many Joe Paterno fans. Check out the rest of the list here:
