"What to watch in sports" Thursday Edition

The unofficial weekend is here (yes I'm pressed enough to count Thursday as the weekend). We have reached October and that means the Major League Baseball playoffs have started. Although I cannot watch too many regular season baseball games during the year, the playoffs are totally different monster. So be sure to tune in as the drama unfolds!

Be sure to check into DLR tomorrow for the weekend edition of "What to watch in sports"

Thursday, Oct. 2
College Football-
Pitt at South Florida (espn@7:30pm) "Take a political stand and watch a "pitbull with lipstick" or you can just stick to sports and a good Big East battle...You make the call"

High School Football-
Dematha at Good Council (espn2@6:30pm) "I threw this in for many reasons: 2 good DMV schools on national TV, and I have some bias for the great Dematha program, HA"

Baseball-
Chicago sox at Tampa Bay (tbs@2:30pm) "Yes this is not a typo, the freakin Rays are in da playoffs"
Milwaukee at Philadelphia (tbs@6pm) "Can Philadelphia finally get a winning team? LOL@Eagles"
Los Angles dodgers at Chicago cubs (tbs@9:30) "Can the cubbies break the curse?
