Pimps and Prostitutes on HBO...Who Would of Thunk It?

The Hughes Brothers have partnered with HBO for “Gentleman of Leisure,” a drama series project that follows the world of prostitution. Interscope head Jimmy Iovine will help to produce. The project will offer a view into the ways of prostitution through the eyes of a pimp set the retire. Tension will arise from the old-school pimps versus the young upstarts, who don’t abide by many of the codes and honors that were documented in the Hughes Brothers documentary “American Pimp.” No date has been set yet for “Gentleman of Leisure.” [Hollywood Reporter]
