Saturday was a looooong awaited day for Redskins nation! We finally got to see two of the best players to ever dawn the "burgundy and gold" uniform, be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame!! WOOOOOOOO!!! It was a BU-TEE-FULL thing!! We all knew D.G. would go first ballot, but to finally see the great James Arthur Monk (who should've been first ballot) be inducted was sooooooo sweet!! I'm sure I wasn't the only Skins fan with a tear in his/her eye Sat night!
No one does it like Redskins nation baby!! We waited so long for that day, that we gave Art a 4 minute, very well deserved, ovation (even myself, in my apartment! LOL)!! Never in the history of the induction ceremony, has a player received an ovation that long! It doesn't get to much sweeter then that! Congratulations to Darrell Green, Art Monk, and the other 4 new HOF inductees!!
