According to the Miami Herald, the former Def Jam artist was taken in to police custody yesterday evening (August 14) in when authorities were required to abide by an Arizona warrant issued out against him. Spotted near a local Miami Wal-Mart shopping center, X was approached once it was discovered he was illegally parked in a handicapped-only space.
