Alicia Keys because the outfit make her look very classy. Beyonce look overdone as if she's in a scene in Dynasty! Balance is the secret to dressing well and Alicia is fly with it why Beyonce isn't.
if going off this picture Beyonce...but put them both in jeans and stilletos and i'd say Alicia...Alicia just more realer to me and sexier...this dress puts her out of her element i dont like it...she looked better at the bet awards or whatever it was when she had on the black stretch pants/jeans....Good Lawd!
I gotta go with B on this one. They both have the look, but it's more in attitude and how they carry themselves. Beyonce gives you that sweet and innocent look, then also that sexy "Diva" strut and swagger...HOT!! Never seen that side of Alicia.
