DC was named #4 on the Best U.S. Cities To Earn A Living by Forbes. It was noted in the article that as long as the government doesn't go out of business its all gravy. (smdh @ the fact that all govt. workers I know do very lil work...*sound of my tax dollars going down the toilet*)
